Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using 4ZZ.org (the "Service") operated by 4ZZ.org ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using 4ZZ.org, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

4ZZ.org is a SaaS platform that enables users to automatically generate AI-powered affiliate marketing websites and promotional videos, and publish that content to third-party platforms including YouTube and TikTok via authorized API integrations. The Service includes website generation, video rendering, SEO optimization, and social media publishing tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations (TikTok, YouTube)

The Service allows you to connect and publish content to third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube via OAuth authorization. By connecting these accounts:

• You authorize 4ZZ.org to publish content on your behalf to those platforms, strictly within the permissions you grant.
• You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and authorize such publishing.
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each third-party platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and YouTube's Terms of Service.
• You may revoke our access to your connected accounts at any time via your dashboard or through the respective platform's settings.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your account, including suspension or content removal.

5. Affiliate Marketing & Content

• The Service generates affiliate marketing content using ClickBank and other affiliate networks. You are responsible for ensuring your use of affiliate links complies with the FTC's guidelines on endorsements and disclosures.
• All generated content must include appropriate affiliate disclosures before being published.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of claims made in AI-generated content published through your account.
• We do not guarantee specific earnings, traffic, or results from affiliate marketing activities.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Publish spam, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Circumvent or abuse third-party platform policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to promote illegal products, services, or activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service or its underlying technology

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

7. Subscription Plans & Billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plan details, pricing, and limits are displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• 4ZZ.org and its technology, branding, and underlying code are the exclusive property of 4ZZ.org and its licensors.
• AI-generated content produced by the Service is licensed to you for use within your affiliate marketing activities, subject to these Terms.
• You retain ownership of your own data, connected social media accounts, and any original content you provide.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4ZZ.ORG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4ZZ.org and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
